Career Development

I approached Derrick for guidance because I needed direction on how to improve my career development.  Derrick’s approach is very unique and well-rounded.

Over the past few meetings I have already felt more confident in my current career role, and more determined and excited to pursue the next phase in my career growth. He helped me by having me create a special mantra and verbal agreement that I use daily to energize my day.

So far, the result has been great and other people have noticed my physical difference in a positive way at work and in social situations. As I am working with Derrick to improve my career focus, I feel very confident in his guidance and coaching skills. I find this experience to be eye-opening, invigorating, and extremely reflective.
